With over 20 years of experience, she adeptly blends commercial insight with a deep understanding of human behaviour to drive meaningful, people-powered change.
Her direct and supportive style builds trust at every level, enabling her to work effectively with everyone from Boards to frontline teams. Kirsty employs sharp insights, empathy, and practical tools to unlock performance and foster resilience and culture in complex environments.
