Reflect on your path so far

What positive moments or milestones have left a mark on your career so far?

When have you felt most proud of your contributions?

What have you learned about yourself through the highs and the lows at work?

Reconnect with what drives you

What do you care about deeply - even when no one’s watching?

When do you feel most energised or ‘in flow’ at work?

Which values do you want your career to reflect the most?

Take clear, intentional steps toward the career you want

What is one thing you want more of in your day-to-day work life?

What’s the smallest possible action you could take this week to move forward?

Who could support your desire to grow?
